Papa Tofu is a 76 page vegan cookzine crammed full of recipes, thoughtful advice and the occasional craft project. Most of the recipes are gleaned from ones posted online over the years, either on Paku Paku or Cake Maker to the Stars. This print copy is designed to be a convenient carry-with-you-all-the-time booklet, so you can cook without getting powdered sugar in your keyboard. Chapters include: Ethiopian, Southern, Misc., and Tooth Rotters.
Kittymonkey says, "Not just for Vegans, Papa Tofu will change everything you thought you knew about flavor!"
Katrina says, "Without kittee's stuffed tofu pockets, life just ain't worth livin'."
Steffers says, "Delicious and fun!"
Isa says, "You don't know if you're in a K-hole or reading a vegan cookzine or in a K-hole AND reading a vegan cookzine."
Crystal says, "kittee's Pralines: Vegan Tested, NOLA Omni Approved!"
My favorite things about this zine are the recipes for Crispy Crunchy Stuffed Tofu Pockets and Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies.
