What You Do:

  1. In a big pot cook the pasta to your satisfaction. I think al dente works best for this recipe.
  2. Drain the pasta and put back into the pot.
  3. Toss with olive oil to coat.
  4. Add salt and garlic powder. Stir well.
  5. Sprinkle in a small amount of nutritional yeast and stir. Add more yeast and stir again until you reach a state of yeastiness that makes you happy.
  6. Toss in the chopped tomato and season with more salt and the pepper, if desired.

    You can also add freshly chopped cilantro, parsley, olives or olive spread, or anything else that sounds good. I love this stuff.
