Makes about 11-12 biscuits
This recipe may be doubled.
What You Need:
2 cups unbleached white flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
7/8 cup (3/4+1/8 cup) soymilk or ricemilk
1/8 cup olive oil
What You Do:
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the center and add the milk and oil.
Stir just until you have a moist soft ball.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450F untl the tops and bottoms are browned, about 10-15 minutes.
