Tofu Olive Spread

What You Need:

What You Do:

  1. Drain the tofu and place it into a bowl.
  2. Add in the tahini and miso and mash well with a fork.
  3. Squeeze the lemon and add almost all of the juice, to taste.
  4. Add the garlic and olives.
  5. Stir.
  6. Chill for flavors to blend, or eat-it-up without waiting.

You can vary this however you please: no olives, fresh ground pepper, chopped cilantro, sunflower seeds, grated carrots, fresh dill, etc.
