I used the recipe for Fluffy White Frosting from raggedy annarchy's and colorized it.

What You Do:

  1. Mix together the sugar, fats, and salt.
  2. Add and beat in the vanilla.
  3. Then beat in the beet juice, adding one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

If the frosting is very soft, let it firm up in the fridge for a bit before you decorate your cake. Sprinkle with co-co-nut. mmmMmMMM.
